For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time
of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. |

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original condition and packaging, for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of receipt of the item. Contact us within 14 days for a return authorization number before returning any merchandise. Return authorization numbers will be good for 10 days after issued. Upon receipt of your approved return, Ladybugs and Lilypads will issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card used for your purchase. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. All shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
Any items we receive without a return authorization number, after 10 days of the date issued , or not in its original condition and packaging, will be returned at the customer's expense.
If you received free shipping with your purchase, the cost of the initial shipping and handling will be deducted from your refund.
Personalized and custom made/designed items are not refundable.
Holiday items are final as of the date of the holiday.
Refused shipments will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

If you are receiving a shipment from a freight carrier, the delivery company may call ahead of time to schedule your delivery. You must be present to receive, inspect and sign for your delivery.
When your order arrives, you are responsible to perform a thorough inspection of your shipment, in the presence of the driver. If you find any signs of damage, you must note the damage on the driver’s delivery ticket before you sign. Please notify both the shipping company and Ladybugs and Lilypads of the damage immediately. |

In stock items are shipped generally in 1-2 business days. Custom, hand crafted, and made-to-order items have estimated delivery times in their descriptions. You will be notified email of any delays on these orders. Ladybugs and Lilypads cannot be held responsible for delays beyond their estimated delivery times. |

Standard delivery of larger items includes placement of items just inside the main threshold of your home.
You may request White Glove Delivery, for an extra fee, which includes placement of the item in the room of your choice, unpacking of the item, and removal of packaging material. |
