This tutu is my posh and pretty tutu with a twist! It has little satin ribbons tied in between the tulle for a perfect princess look. It is made of yards and yards of soft shimmer tulle and it is available in one color or many colors! It has a large satin bow and a tiny flower at the waist. This tutu is tied and not sewn to add extra poof!
